Probiotic-Rich Popsicles

I love making these popsicles for the kids, they are super simple and are an excellent sweet treat. They are also packed full of healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates, making them a perfectly balanced snack.

The addition of Norish Smoothie Booster makes it extra nutrient-rich and not only supports gut health, but is also a source of iron and other essential nutrients.

Makes 10 small icy poles

WHAT YOU NEED 

  • 1 x 270 ml can of full-fat AYAM coconut cream or 1 tub of coconut yoghurt (for added probiotics)

  • 1 x banana (fresh or frozen)

  • ¼ cup frozen berries of choice

  • ½ cup coconut water

  • 1 tbsp  Norish Smoothie Booster

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional - omit if offering to a baby under 12 months)


HOW TO MAKE 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Distribute the mixture evenly among popsicle molds, then place in the freezer to set for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy straight from the freezer.
